We had a wonderful stay at Oasis Palm, where the beautiful environment is complemented by an attentive staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though we encountered a few minor maintenance issues. Dining options were varied, but some of the specialty restaurants could be improved. Overall, it was a great experience, although the beach wasn’t as amazing as we had hoped.
I had a pretty disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms were old and in need of repairs, and the dining options were mediocre at best. On the plus side, I appreciated the attentive service from some staff members and the quality of the spa. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here based on the numerous issues we faced during our visit.
My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating, marked by poor service during check-in and unexpected fees that felt like a rip-off. While the beach was nice and the wait staff were genuinely attentive, the rooms left much to be desired – they were outdated and not suitable for families. Additionally, the dining options were limited, with long waits and food that was often lukewarm. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the hype and would caution others to do their research.
I had a pleasant stay overall with a beautiful beach and excellent pool facilities for my toddler. The staff's hospitality was the highlight of my trip, with particular shoutouts to Arturo and Antonio for their exceptional service. On the downside, the dining options could use improvement, especially during lunch and dinner, and the need to pay for Wi-Fi was quite inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel had some good points, like the beach and pool that are great for families, along with some friendly staff, especially in the dining areas. However, my experience was overshadowed by accessibility issues and frustrating service during meals. The location is convenient for reaching the ferry to Isla Mujeres, but the food quality and room conditions were disappointing overall.
